1 Why do hotspots appear as different colors in the illustration window?
The illustration viewer creates the hotspot regions to appear as semi-transparent overlays to the actual image. Since images may consist of many colors, using a fixed color is not a good idea, because the hotspot would be invisible when placed on an image area of the chosen color.
2 How do I add an item to a pick list?
Double-click on the part number you wish to add. An asterisk (*) will appear in the Line Item Number field. Note: You will be prompted to enter a Name for the pick list the first time you add an item.
3 How do I transfer my pick list to TradeRoute-RV?
To open a pick list, click on the pick list name you wish to transfer. Click on the Transfer button. When the Order Transferred screen displays, click on OK. Your pick list is now available for you to include in a Purchase Order or Warranty Claim. Click on the Return button to close the pick list. Note: you must have both TradeRoute RV and EMPART programs open when performing the transfer.
4 I am having difficulty viewing data in Empart.
This is usually the result of not having Acrobat Reader installed. You can go to http://www.download.com and download the program for free. You must then reinstall TradeRoute.
5 I tried to install the Empart database, but got the message "Data file not found on CD".
This error is common if the Empart data did not get moved to the hard drive successfully. You can simply insert the Empart Data CD. If you want the data stored on the hard drive, you will need to rerun the TradeRoute install and follow the prompt when it asks for you to insert the Empart data CD of loading to the hard drive.
